On Friday, Feb. 7, former Tulare Western High School standout Jeslyn Cuellar’s current college team, the Cal State East Bay Pioneers, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Academy of Art Urban Knights.

The game took place at Pioneer Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Urban Knights this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 12 p.m. at Pioneer Softball Field against Menlo Oaks.
