TCSO Detectives Investigating Armed Robbery at Visalia Gas Station

TCSO Detectives are currently investigating an armed robbery that took place at a gas station in Visalia. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on February 28, 2024, at the Valero Gas Station located in the 8800 Block of Avenue 280.

According to the TCSO Detectives, the perpetrator entered the gas station wearing a ski mask and indicated to the clerks that he was armed. The individual then proceeded to demand money, ultimately fleeing the scene with over $1,000 in cash from the register. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in connection with the robbery.

In a statement, the TCSO Detectives urged the public for assistance, stating, "Anyone with information is asked to call the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at 559-733-6218."
