On Friday, Feb. 28, former Redwood High School standout Lex Lopez’s current college team, the Chaminade Silverswords, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Azusa Pacific Cougars.

The game took place at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Silverswords’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park against Azusa Pacific Cougars.
